This policy covers the website of GAC Automotive Center (Jezzi Corporation), 2100 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23704. It explains what happens to information about you when you visit, and when you get in touch with the shop.

When you visit

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes the technical information your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed for security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Everything on the pages, including the fonts, photos and maps, comes from this site. The site sets no cookies of its own. On phones and tablets it keeps one small note in your browser so the call bar at the bottom of the screen slides in only on the first page you open. That note never leaves your device and is erased when you close the tab.

Links to other sites

Directions open in Google Maps or Apple Maps, and the review and social links go to Google and Facebook. Those services, like any other site we link to, have their own privacy policies.

When you contact us

If you call, email or come by the shop, we use what you tell us, such as your name, phone number, vehicle and insurance details, to answer you and to do the work you ask for. We share it only when that work needs it, for example with your insurance company for a claim you ask us to handle, or when the law requires it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
